Exhibitions Spring 2012

2012 gets off to a busy start with two exhibitions and possibly a couple more to be announced!

First of these is a collaboration with Dr Julia Collins on a textile installation called The Mathematician's Shirts. This project is one of four funded by ASCUS and on display until 26 February 2012 in their Project Space in central Edinburgh. The second show is Not a Stitch - a US/UK group exhibition featuring two-dimensional renderings of needlework and other fiber and textile arts. I was invited to contribute my cyanotype prints of lace fabrics to this wide-ranging collection of work. Some of it is pretty and some is pretty edgy! Well worth a look if you're in Philadelphia for the Fiber Biennial to which it's a satellite exhibition.
